These are public sites running GNU MediaGoblin:

These are instances run by organizations, usually having registration limited to organization members:

  • http://medii.ceata.org -- Fundația Ceata, Romanian Free Software and Free Culture activist organization. Registration is currently disabled.
  • https://media.utopiaeducators.com -- Repository for Podcasts, Photos from Authors and Contributors to UtopiaEducators.com . A remote learning worldwide web blog where we started out during COVID-19 lockdowns. Fully using Open Source Stack, Ghost Blog, MediaGoblin, RocketChat, and Discourse. Feel free to join the chat.

Not Working?

  • http://media.bibliolabs.cc -- Repository for handling media at Sistema de Bibliotecas Públicas de Medellín (SBPM), installed as part of the biibliolabs project which aimed at exploring open source software and open licenses for knowledge management for public libraries in Medellín, Colombia, South America
  • http://mediagoblin.tami.org.il -- Media repository (documents, videos, images) for Tel Aviv Makers (telavivmakers.org / tami.org.il), a hackerspace in Tel Aviv, Israel. Lots of random stuff.
  • http://midiacapoeira.in/midia -- Material from Mídia Capoeira, a brazilian independent journalism initiative which promotes tactical-radical mediactivism. Registrations are open to facilitate non-identifiable uploads and leaked material. (down since august 15. Down notice - in portuguese)
